Leak in roof - possible re-tiling and replacement flashing

We have a leak that appears to be coming through the flashings and/ or tiles at the point where the roof meets the dormer window wall. The lead flashings are quite old and the point where the water is coming in is clear to see inside the attic (see photo). There is also a water patch in the bathroom ceiling on the same dormer wall which may (or may not) be related to the leak. I have replacement concrete roof tiles if these need to be laid.
