We noticed a leak in the upstairs bedroom during yesterday's heavy rain. Minor ceiling damage (I can fix) but we need a bucket to catch the drips when it rains. I assume a roof tile is misplaced or damaged (painted pressed metal tiles generally in good shape.)

Failed to get back to me on a number of occasions. I have asked twice for a quote for a new roof and never had a reoly. Didn't tell us when they were coming - just turned up.
