Help a couple of oldies get this sorted.

I have a leak in when really heavy rain. Tile roof but I think leak comes from valley guttering where the valley guttering re-joins the tiles. The area concerned has had extra flashing installed at some stage, maybe needs redoing. The area also forms a junction where a higher spouting empties onto the roof. Maybe too much happening all in one place in heavy rain, perhaps higher spouting needs redirecting. Also several cracked or broken tiles to repair or replace. I only want the work I have mentioned taken care of so not interested in water blasting, painting, resealing etc.
