Roof Repair

We currently have 2 leaks coming from our Tile Roof. One leak looks to be quite old and is a slow drip, which has just appeared through the ceiling/gib board. It could be a cracked tile. (unfortunately the outside section of roof cannot be viewed without climbing on the roof) The second leak is slightly faster and appears to be more recent. (only discovered when investigating the 1st leak) It looks to be originating from the ridge of the roof (potentially a flashing issue) and running down a beam. Looking to get both leaks plugged/fixed as soon as possible.
