I was strongly assured that the problem would be solved by adding a gutter, and I agreed to it, though I was doubtful. It proved pointless. Step 2 which we had also discussed beforehand was very much more expensive. It was done promptly and thoroughly, but disappointingly it doesn't look great as seen from the house because the roof screws are not lined up straight. I think he should have used a string line when fixing the screws to ensure a good seal.

"1- there wasn't gutter and very short roof line 2- I suggest her you need new roof on correct size and gutter but she didn't want pay for the coast of new roof and gutter. but i sad we could try gutter first if it fixes then you save some cost otherways you need a new roof.
