I have a second floor brick and tile unit in Bayswater (built in the 70s) that suffered water damage to the laundry ceiling as a result of the heavy rain a couple of weekends ago. The water has come in through the roof so I need repair work around the entry point and possibly some maintenance/repairs to the rest of the roof depending on its current state. The ceiling damage is being repaired separately as part of an internal repaint.
