There is rain water leaking in living area, small drops when rain is heavy. Would like to repair the leakage point, also have a whole maintenance of the roof in addition to get gutter guard net to protect.

Good beginning with convincing site check and introduction of how the job will be done before the quote, quote was with clear descriptive items and on a relatively reasonable level. The job carrying-out was a bit random, room to be improved for better planning with consideration of customer's actual situation. Also there would be huge difference for reaching higher level of customer's experience and satisfaction by responding queries with appropriate explanation.
