Roof repairs

1950s house with concrete tiles. Following this weekend's rain have found a few leaks. Climbed up on roof and a few broken tiles and loose motar. Also have a portion of long run steel roof which has a few rust spots I need the following done. 1. Repair to cracked tiles and motar (most urgent piece) Especiall on hips and ridges. 2. Repair of the long run steel roofing 3. Repair of flashing where concrete tiles meet steel long run. 4. Check of metal valley and repair if needed Quotes for the following once urgent work above done 1. Add an additional down pipe to one corner of house 2. Repair a gap in some guttering 3. Replace/ repair long run steel roofing on double garage 4. Repair/ replace guttering on double garage 5. Replace long run steel roofing on outdoor shed (using 2nd hand sheets or what is usable from garage) 6. Add guttering to under deck and join new downpipe (quote 1 above) (photos are a bit old - but gives you a view of roof/ size)
