Re -roof (remove existing iron and replace with colour steel)

We are looking to have our existing corrugated iron roof removed and replaced with colour steel. At the same time we would like the gutters to be replaced. The front of the house is only 1 story high, but at the back of the house it is 2 stories high. Chimney flue shown in the picture is to be removed and not replaced as the fireplace has been removed.
