We have an 8m high stud warehouse in Rosedale and after yesterday's rain, the roof started leaking at 2 spots. After close inspection, it seems to be a minor leak but needs this to be rectified and fixed asap. The roof has an internal access and we are welcoming any reasonable quote.

The job was a simple fix to glue the small roof joining with silicon. It was not required for two qualified tradesmen to attend and bill for the time of 2 people when it could have been completed by one person. Good workmanship but need to be more reasonable when it comes to the pricing.
