Fix soffit under the roof.

We need to fix The panel near the soffit around the side of the house - it is located under the roof/soffit area. The panel has come loose and popped out creating an opening and hole. It also looks like a bird may be flying in with sticks and leaves creating a nest. Therefore we need this fixed asap before a bird builds a nest and we have eggs/baby birds stuck in the soffit! What we need: 1. We need the sticks and leaves removed 2. We need the panel reattached, probably nailed back up but happy to be advised if you reccomend another option to reattach the panel to the roof. The problem - it is a very difficult spot to get to with the hole being very high from the ground and there is also a shed underneath the hole with a steep roof . Seems like a simple job But the location of the hole makes it more difficult. The photos attached show the location. Please contact me if you can help. Thank you
