Hi there, I have two small jobs for a corrugated iron roof. 1. The house is a 80's lockwood design and there is a roof water leak in the master bedroom. It originates somewhere at the top beam in heavy rain and may come from multiple places. Viewing the roof it looks like the culprit might be gaps in the join between the ridge capping and the iron sheets. First job is to seal up to stop rainwater leak. 2. Part of the roof is missing a flashing over the edge of the corrugated iron edge and the barge board. Water has been entering the roof space here and caused some rot. Supply and install flashing approximately 1m long by 300mm wide.
