Internal gutter leaking..

Hi, I have a leak in my rental unit coming from a gutter that is at the bottom of some stairs leading from the inside up to the roof terrace. So it is like an internal gutter. The leak has been persistent for a long time, despite me adding some 'bog' to the inside of the gutter, so I think I need a professional to take a look and see if they can figure it out.. It (hopefully) won't be a huge job for somebody who knows what they're doing, but I'll pay promptly and make it worth while if you're able to fix this leak for me..!
