Roof repairs

Roof leak in corrugated iron needs to be fixed. Only leaks during heavy rain but large volume of water comes through so I have drilled holes in the ceiling gib to collect it in buckets. Leaked for at least a year. Have had a builder look at it and squirt some sealant but that just shifted the leak further across by 500m. Happy to replace sheets of corrugated iron or flashings if that's what it takes.
