Jan communicated very well, responded immediately to any queries, and the job was completed at the time specified. He was the only tradesman of the ones we originally selected, to respond satisfactorily. The cost was exactly as quoted. It was a pleasure to deal with Jan, and I would always recommend him to anyone requiring roof work done.
