REMOVE METAL CHIMNEY AND REFURBISH ROOF

We need a metal chimney & flashing off in one piece and the roof fixed. Also help dismantling the metal chimney inside. Details:- We are selling the metal chimney (and the fireplace) that is attached to the roof by lead flashing or equivalent, soldered on if I remember correctly. We need professional help removing the chimney and flashing intact if possible and reroofing over the small area to match the long-run iron on the rest of the roof. It's a standard grey colour. The main aim is to make the roof good and weatherproof. We will need to dismantle the metal chimney pipes to below the ceiling or even down to the fireplace if you have time, it shouldn't take long. If you can help fix the resulting hole in the ceiling in the living room that would be good but not essential. Someone else can repair the inside hole. Perfect result, no problems, economical because we chose flat metal to match the chimney surrounds rather than corrugated iron. Dion removed the rubbish and helped us stow the parts of the chimney in the shed.
