Currently have a corrugated aluminium roof on 1950's house. Area is probably a bit more than 100m2. Two story, with total floor area of around 180m2 and lower floor is not full area. Most of interior has sarked ceiling, so no roof cavity. Requires re-roof and insulation. House is in area exposed to Westerly winds so probably best to do the job in the new year.
