Re roof metal tile roof with colour steel, suck out old insul fluf and re insulate with modern insulation while roof is off. Some building work on barge boards etc. roof approx 130sq metres. Maybe replace guttering. Two story house. Aprox 15 deg pitch

Poor workmanship and work not completed to code. Had to return three times to complete valleys to a standard specified under Roofers code. Two holes left in the roof due to pre drilling holes in the wrong place. Rained during job, water entered ceiling despite assurances it would always be left watertight, resulted in ceiling paint peeling. After a visit by a builder, roof does not have right spacing of screws according to building code. Probably willing to fix but this is final straw.
