install down pipe from rain gutter

i would like to install a new down pipe from the existing rain gutter, because the left side gutter is lower than right side, but existing down pipe is on the right side. so at the left side, rain overflowed sometime. the distance from left gutter to main down pipe is around 5 miters. it might need to go under the house. thank you.
