The four barge boards need replacing. Wooden and 2 at each end of the house. The iron edging covers them, so that needs to be lifted and put back down after.

The schedule rating doesn't have, all fine. It was all fine. The cost was as expected cheaper than a previous quote I had, from another builder. Definitely would get him back to do more work.
