Cleaning roof gutter of debris on a one story house

During the last couple of storms, water has leaked via the window frames into one room. There is some grass / possibly leaves in the gutters, which need to be removed, and gutters cleaned. Hopefully this will stop future leaks. There were a couple of other area's on the roof, where water appeared not to be draining correctly. A quick check of the roof tiles would also be required. Thanks
