Our house has a corrugated iron roof with a low pitch. The roof was renailed about two years ago but still has a couple of leaks. the house is a four bedroomed house built in the fifties.There are batts in the ceiling and we had some wool insulation put in four years ago. I would like to know how much it would cost to replace the roof with colour steeland is it necessary?
