Serious All Rounder Needed Urgently

1970's Ex-Fisher Show Home is badly in need of attention: First main issue is a leaking roof, half a dozen tiles will need replacing and I am told that the suffeat needs a builder to replace boards etc., the flashing under the tiles needs to be put where it should have been on the building of the house. The result of the above means that the ceiling in the south end of the house is rotten from years of water being held up there because we have Fibrius ceilings. Sorry for the building spelling, I have no idea how these things are spelt, but I am sure that you understand. This is my main focus right now, however, depending on the cost to do the above I could make a list to last you a month, from fences, plastering/paint knee holes in the wall to taps leaking etc. If you are a true all rounder like my late father was, you could be the man for the job. Currently the house is damp and the HRV system is not working properly because of the possible water in the roof and I have one daughter that has had a liver transplant and we have to keep her in the right kind of environment to avoid visits to Starship. Please if you can help, I would really like to hear from you. I have had one quote and I nearly died and the second (well lets just say I am still waiting after nearly 2 weeks). I can't wait any longer as the rain certainly hasn't either!!
