fix Anne's spouting

Looking for quotes to allow me to ask the bank for the money. The spouting around the roof needs replacing the plastic seems to have shrunk over the years creating gaps. I am not sure but I suspect the down pipes may need to be replaced as well? we are on hill so probably about 2/3 of the spouting is on the 2nd floor.
