Due to leaks we would like to re-roof 1/2 our house roof, as we are looking to renovate in the next year or so we are planning to re-roof 1/2 the house and do the other 1/2 during renovations. The house was renovated 6 years ago with a newer roof put on 1/2 of the house. Sounds convoluted but just trying to work out the best method. Leaks need attention now and renovation planning is taking longer than expected.
