Replace Gutters and General Roof Maintenance

Some moderate work required to maintain our roof is required. A pre-purchase assessment indicated some rust damage, and some nails that need replacing. The gutters are in a dire state however, and likely need significant repairs or replacing entirely. Note that the roof may be somewhat difficult to access, it has a relatively steep slope (approx 30 degrees), is up to four stories high and is located on very steep land. Relevant sections from a recent pre-purchase inspection have been included as images.

Amazing work, really impressed with the quality of work done and the level of communication throughout. Organised everything we needed and delivered on time and in budget. I couldn’t be more thankful for the wonderful work they’ve done to give life to our house again. Will be relying on Cam and the team in the future if there’s anything else we need done in the future!
