Residential roof inspection, maintenance & repair

We would like an inspection of our roofing (including gutters) and recommendations (and costings) on what needs to be done to keep it watertight for at least the next five years. We also have a small persistent leak that we need fixed. As the photos below show, we have three different roof products: butynol and Monier tiles (both about 30 years old) and the original Marseille tiles (about 70 years old).

Owen was a pleasure to deal with. Not only did he tell us what needed to be done but, importantly, he also told us what didn’t need to be done & why. He even referred us to another firm for some specialist work.
