Minor roof repairs/maintenace

I'm after a roofer to address the issues noted on my pre-purchase house inspection report plus a general check over. The issues were: • The textured coating has worn off the roof in some places. We recommend that this is repaired before this leads to rust developing in the metal tiles • Some roof fixings have popped out of the timber purlins..we recommend that these are secured with a new screw or nail fixing • Some spouting clips are not attached to the fascia board and we recommend that these are reattached • The old hot water overflow has been sealed up and we recommend that this is monitored and maintained to ensure that it remains sealed against moisture ingress • Some tiles are dented – no evidence of creasing and cracking was noted but monitoring required Please note they also said “Some roof tiles similar to those installed on this roof contained asbestos.” I haven’t had them tested though.
