Repair leaking roof

We have a single storey 50's tiled roof house which has developed a leak in the roof. Just 1 spot is evident indoors & in the space of a few hours of rain last night the water coming through the ceiling more than half filled a bucket. The roof area is pink batts insulated & also has an HRV system up there. We would like to get the leak fixed as soon as possible & get an inspection done to see if there are any other areas that are leaking but have not yet made it through the insulation to the ceiling.
