Re-coating roof in Hanmer

We have a roof we are wanting to re-coat in Hanmer Springs. The house is an 'H frame' design The two walls measure 8.6m x 5.2m high - this doesnt exclude 6 windows measuring 0.8m x 1.8m The roof is 4.8m wide x 8.6m Flexible on when this work could take place but would like it completed before December 1st.
