Raise the roof

Our house has a flat roof. Currently has a pitch of 0.4 degrees. Pitch needs to be raised to approx 7 degrees and needs to be be re ironed. We have all new iron required purchased from Dimond Roofing. Area is a pro 90 square meters. We are looking for someone to raise the pitch as well as lay the iron.
