At the moment the garage roof is in average condition and it appears it may be getting damp/leaking in one area of the garage. I believe it has started to rust and this may have caused the issue. Ideally need to replace this so no dampness/moisture gets into the garage. Also the ceiling within the garage needs replacing as it appears to have become damp and its now deformed/damaged.
