1. The barge flashing on the garage roof need to be fitted on one side. 2. The pot belly stove chimney needs to be removed and the roof repaired where the chimney goes through the roof. I can leave the garage door unlocked so as the tradesman can gain entry to the garage. The repairs are required as a condition of sale of the property.

Matt did an excellent job on the roof and barge flashing, was easy to communicate with and has a friendly nature. I would use him again when work is required.
