My house is 1960's. I have added photos of the front chimney which is leaking badly in recent heavy rains. I recently put in a new electric fire to the Chimney breast inside, so no longer need a chimney. Rather than try and repair leak I thought it best to remove the outside chimney and put a piece of roof iron over the hole. Roof leak - Clay tile replacement

There's a leak coming through the ceiling of the bathroom. From the the backyard you can see damage to 1 x roof tile above the bathroom location. Need someone to replace the roof tile. Note -roof tiles are the typical abbotsford marseille clay tile -the damaged tile is in the 5th row from the edge of the roof. Replacement roof - re fit guttering

We are looking for quotes to replace a metal roof. The current roof does not extend fully into the guttering and on heavy rain water gets into ceiling space and runs down inside of walls onto the floors. No obvious leaks from the roof itself. There appears to be a design fault between roof edge and guttering.

I need the gutters cleared, potentially patches made as required, and some gutter guard installed as I am intending to sell the home next year. Paint corrugated iron roof

Paint corrugated iron roof. (This choice did not come up as an option, so it misleadingly says "concrete tile" in the heading) New denim blue. Roof is in good condition. Paint is not peeling or flaking, but brown smudges starting to show, as if minor rusting under existing paint. I think it just needs two good coats of paint, but maybe it also needs a good rust-retarding paint coat first.

Existing roof is approx 135m2 concrete tiles. Looking at cost to replace like for like as the tiles are original by the looks of it (1930). Driveway access is good to the side of the house. Clear area around the house for scaffolding. Two old chimneys that will need to be removed as well.
