Spouting cleaned & repaired in places

Part of house can easily be reached, but the front & part of sides will most likely need scaffolding. Spouting on garage needs cleaned too and would not need scaffolding. If I can get away without the cost of scaffolding for the house, I'd be pleased but the law may require it. Until I get quotes I can't estimate approximate cost.
