Larkins St Roof

My partner and I are looking to purchase a house, it has a decramastic tiled roof. The house was built in 1976, our builder said it has just about reached its used by date so we are wanting to investagate the cost of what a new roof would cost us. We're thinking of changing to a corrugated (coloursteel) roof instead? There is 1 chimney, and we'd possibly think of installing a skylight. The house floor area is 100m2. Can we please have costings on a new roof firstly ASAP, any addition of a skylight can be discussed after this initial quote. As you will see below, scaffolding will be required.
