He advised us on what needed to be done and how his team would make the repairs - which involved repairing flashings where needed and fixing loose roof iron. The quote was thorough and clear. Within a day and a half, all the roof nails had been replaced with screws and roof flashings repaired. Good work team. Next day his team arrived — removing existing lead-head nails and replacing with roof screws. the
