Hi there, I am getting in touch for roof repair/maintenance service for my house in Halswell. My house is a two storey standalone building in Halswell Christchurch with two roofs (upper and lower roof). I found some of the ceiling panels had water stains two years ago, and got a roofer came over to replace some nails on the roof, water stains on ceiling panels has not worsened and seem staying the same since then, so I believe the leaking issue was fixed. However, Due to regular service/maintenance is necessary, can someone please have a look and quote us for any roof maintenance required?
