Roof leaking
Job description
Our roof appears to have leaks post-quake, but this only became obvious after heavy rain. We think it might be loose bolts or something like that that need to be re-sealed.

We needed our roof nails replaced with screws due to leaking, as well as some damaged flashing - a larger job than we anticipated, but one which reflected newer building codes, and we were quite happy to go ahead. Yuri was very efficient and easy to deal with. The job was even completed earlier than expected due to weather-related delays on another site. Overall, we are very happy with the work done.
