Flat roof box outlet drain repair.

A small metal box outlet drain (about 20cm x15 size) on a flat Malthoid roof needs replacing, and a leaf guard also installed. The outlet box has rusted through & leaked inside & through the eaves may need replacing (this could be done at a later stage though).
