( Add on =toilet) Roof - Replacement? ? / Ceiling replacement etc

We are after what we think is a replacement for our , what we call our out door toilet roof & ceiling . It's attached to the house ,but you have to go out the back door. It's been leaking that much that there is a hole in the ceiling. We have been up there and put this black sealant type stuff on and had someone take some of the ceiling down and put a temporary one up. You will see by the photos. We are after a quote please. Also in our conservatory which is a thermal lined roof , it leaks in what I would call seams ,when it rains, needing to know if that leak can be repaired. Thank you
