Have a second story unit with a bitumen membrane roof. Have a leak in the corner of the living room and wanting to get fixed. Plan on getting a new roof in about 12 months so looking for a temporary fix until then. Would be keen to get the interior ceiling where the leak has occurred replaced as well if possible. Thanks.
