Hi I have a rental that I think I need the guttering replaced. I think the downpipes and fascia are OK. I am OK with PVC guttering or whatever is more cost efficient. I estimate it is approx 30m (linear), single story, end of a 3 unit block. There are currently no tenants in the property (until the weekend). Thanks Justine
