Leaking corrugated iron lean-to roof.

This lean-to has an 11° pitch fed by a 30° main roof, and an area of 30m2. An incorrect sized barge - capping has been leaking on one side - have new capping ready to go on . Seems to be another leak in the central area with no obvious cause. I've done a lot of sealing but still got leaks. I suspect the paper is not doing it's job and have been told that it may need new sarking under the iron. Easy access single storey roof . Iron is screwed down.
