We had a gutter leak, I described the issue and was looking for a professional plumbers advice and fixing. When the quote arrived I asked again if this would fix the problem, they said yes. They came and added a expander to fix the leak. After a few days the leak re-appeared, they then came back and took a proper look and said we need to take out and re-fix the gutters which is fine but they want to charge for their failure to diagnose on the first job. Their comms since have been non existet
