I would like a comparison quote for a job that involves extending the plastic downpipe on the high-side of my house, so that it no longer empties into the gutter, but is taken straight down to the stormwater drain. The small gutter it currently empties to is overflowing in a storm. Job will require scaffolding that can allow access 2 stories up.
