Berghan bathroom renovation

Our bathroom and toilet are sad and tired and overdue a refurbishment. In the bathroom, I want to take out the existing bath and replace it with a new one, redo all the panels on the walls, tile the floor and, either repair the sagging roof, or replace it. In the toilet (separate room beside bathroom), I want to remove the old toilet, replace with a new one, redo the wall panels in keeping with the bathroom, and tile the floor (same as the bathroom). Note - I have no idea of what it will cost to do this work so my budget is estimate only.
