School House Bathroom

Please note this job is on Matakana Island - for the School Board of Trustees, our Principals house. 1950's weatherboard house. Refit of small bathroom - wetroom shower and vanity, reline all walls. we are unsure of the condition of the timber underneath the bathroom so may include repair/replace of flooring/framing/piles - has had leaking issues for many years. we have a plumber lined up when needed. Also the school caretaker is there to assist.
