Replace seritone around shower/bath

Remove the seritone sheets that are coming away from the framing around the stand-in bath and replace with some aqualine and high gloss or other suitable material. Would be good to replace all three sides. See photos. Open minded about materials, but looking for a durable solution. Probably some plumbing involved, with shower head and taps on the left side.
