Kitchen remodel (potentially bathroom too)

Looking for some help with a kitchen remodel as wanting to sell up and move from the CBD to the Hutt. This includes replacing benchtops, flooring and most appliances (cabinetry to be left as is). If you can do bathroom, this will be everything except the bath. The spaces aren't big and the house is only 20 years old, but the areas need a refresh to look modern. Looking to at least start the job this year. Keen to hear from anyone who would be willing to take these two jobs on either together or separately.

Refreshed kitchen and bathroom space. We chose kitchen appliances and they were able to provide whiteware options for the bathroom and arrange all the trades to install in both spaces. Good communication. Mostly satisfied with the result.
